How is winner determined? The winner will be determined by the members of the band. That’s right folks, we are The Deciders! The decision will be based on several factors including but certainly not limited to:
Location, Date, Time of day, Number of party-goers expected, Accommodations, etc. Old Mil will determine, based on the applications, which party will simply be the most fun. Because seriously, who wants a lame party? Sell your party to us Donald-Trump-Style. Share your vision. Dig deep into your creative writing vault and have some fun. Finalists may be contacted for more details prior to a
decision.
OK, where’s the catch? There is no catch. The winner will get a minimum of a 2 hour concert by Old Mil at their party for free. Well, beer and food would be appreciated and may help your chances to win. Old Mil will provide everything necessary to carry out a concert with the exception of shelter in the case of inclement weather. The winner will also have to provide a stable surface and appropriate power for band set-up and must be consistent with local ordinances. Reasonable time must be allowed to determine an appropriate date between the winner and Old Mil. If the date of the party has already been set by the applicant, it could be a disqualifier if the band is already unavailable that day. Be specific with date and time details. Old Mil will not be liable for any injuries or damage occurred during the event or any stressed relations with neighbors.
